Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure your nutritional products arrive fresh, safe and on time.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- Orders placed before our 14:00 GMT cut-off time are processed the same day.
- We do not normally ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer tracked delivery across the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates. Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- This email will contain your tracking number(s) whiich will usually become active within 24 hours.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Goods
Nutritional products can be sensitive to environmental
conditions.
If your order arrives damaged or ruined, please contact
our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods
before filing a claim
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
Due to health and hygiene reasons, nutritional products can only be returned if they are unopened, completely sealed, and in their original packaging. For full details on how to return an item, please view our Returns Policy.
