Shipping & delivery.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before our 14:00 GMT cut-off are processed the same day.

We do not normally ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if a significant delay occurs. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Standard Tracked, by Royal Mail 48 and partners, takes 2 to 3 working days. Express Tracked takes 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are estimates.

Standard UK delivery is free on every order. Express is available at checkout for £4.65.

Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, may take an additional 1 to 2 working days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. It contains your tracking number, which usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Not at this time. We are unable to accept international orders.

Nutritional products can be sensitive to environmental conditions. If your order arrives damaged or ruined, tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, so we can claim from the courier. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. This does not shorten your legal rights, which include 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund.

Unopened and changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund it in full once it is back with us. Your first pouch also carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, refunded less £10 if it is not for you. See our Returns Policy for the full detail.
