Terms of service.

These terms apply to every order placed on immufix.com and to your use of the site. Please read them before you buy. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer, and nothing in them limits rights the law gives you.

1. Who we are

Immufix is sold by Be Well Health and Nutrition Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16726088. 2. Ordering

When you place an order we send an acknowledgement by email. That is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid. You must be 18 or over to order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Standard UK delivery is free. Express delivery costs £4.65 and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify through the card and wallet providers listed in the footer. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are those shown on our shipping page. The product becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or by any later date we agreed with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. Because Immufix is a sealed food product, this right ends once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. Unopened pouches returned in their original condition are refunded in full, including standard delivery, within 14 days of our receiving them or of you showing proof of postage. 6. 30-day money-back guarantee

If Immufix is your first purchase from us, you can open it and try it. If it is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your first qualifying pouch less a £10 shipping and handling fee. One claim per customer or household. The full conditions, including the fair-use check we may make, are on the returns page. The guarantee is voluntary and sits alongside your legal rights.

7. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose, at £52 a pouch, which is 20% off the one-off price of £65. It runs for a minimum of three payments, so the least you will pay is £156. After that it continues until you cancel. You can cancel online in your account or by emailing us. Changes to the flavour, delivery date or address must reach us at least 7 days before the next renewal to take effect on that delivery. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day your first delivery arrives, during which you can cancel the whole subscription; the first pouch is then treated under section 5 or, if opened, section 6. 8. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a replacement, and if that is not possible, a refund. We pay the return cost. Email us with your order number and a photo if you can. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Using the product

Immufix is a food supplement. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the daily amount on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use. The product contains soya. Keep out of reach of young children.

10. Promotions and discount codes

A discount code can be used once per customer unless it says otherwise. Codes won on the welcome wheel are for first orders only. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with another offer unless the offer says they can. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but a code you have already used on a completed order stands. We may refuse a code where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that neither of us could have foreseen when the contract was made, or for business losses; we sell to consumers only.

12. Your account and this site

Account sign-in is handled by Shopify with a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that mailbox secure. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content, images or text for commercial use without our written permission. We may suspend access to an account that is being misused.

13. Privacy

How we use your personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Cookie choices can be changed at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@bewellhealth.co.uk with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days and resolve most complaints within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to your local Citizens Advice or use the courts as set out below. We are not signed up to an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

15. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
