Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, here is our policy on returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
How can I return my order?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please contact us prior to returning your product, so we can confirm which items are eligible for return and provide you with details of the return process.
If goods were delivered to you in a damaged condition, please contact us right away.
For overseas and international returns, we are unable to offer a free returns service. It is your responsibility to return the items and pay any related costs.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The goods are unused.
- Tamperproof labels, security seals or air seals have not been broken.
Products We Cannot Accept Back
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns where goods have been opened, used, tampered with, or where any protective seals have been broken.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns where goods are not returned in a suitable condition, or where the item is unsuitable for resale due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
We may ask for your order details and photographs of the damaged item or packaging to help us investigate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
