Yes. The pouch may be opened and a reasonable amount used so that you can genuinely try IMMUFIX. We may ask you to return the pouch and any remaining product before the refund is completed, and return postage under the guarantee is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
The price of your first qualifying pouch, less £10 for shipping and handling. The £10 applies only to this voluntary guarantee, never to goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If your first-ever purchase is a subscription, the first pouch qualifies. A valid claim within 30 days refunds that pouch less £10 and cancels your future subscription deliveries. Repeat deliveries do not get a new guarantee. See subscriptions for the detail.
That is a standard return. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back unopened with the seal intact within 14 days of telling us, and we refund it in full. Return postage is yours to cover. Full returns policy.
