Anything bought in the last 30 days that is unused, still in its original packaging, and whose tamperproof label, security seal and air seal are all unbroken.

Contact us before you send anything back. We will confirm which items are eligible and give you the return process. Returns sent without contacting us first can slow things down considerably.
Contact us as soon as you can. We may ask for your order details and photographs of the damaged item or packaging so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider will need a little time to process it.
